This notice describes the educational website operated by Bethlehem Mortgage Solutions. Mortgage application and lending records are handled separately from this website.

Calculators and the short questionnaire

Calculator values and mortgage-planning answers are processed in your browser’s page memory. We do not save these answers in a customer database, use them to make credit decisions, or transfer them into Zipforhome. They reset when you leave or reload the page. This site does not collect contact details through the questionnaire.

Optional Google Analytics

Only after you allow analytics, this site loads Google Analytics to measure page views, use of tools, progress through the questionnaire, and clicks to continue to Zipforhome. An optional learning-format preference can be reported. Mortgage goals, topic choices, financial inputs, names, email addresses, and phone numbers are not included in our custom events.

Analytics is not necessarily anonymous. Google can process device/browser information, network information, cookie identifiers, and interactions according to its policies and our account settings. Our custom page URLs exclude query strings and fragments. Advertising pixels and personalized advertising are not enabled in this version.

Change your cookie choice at any time. Declining does not prevent using any educational tool or the application link. Withdrawal stops future optional tracking and attempts to remove this site’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already processed by Google. Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days where your browser allows it.

Hosting and external websites

Our hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and secure the website. Links to other websites, including government resources, are subject to those websites’ privacy practices. See Google’s privacy policy for information about its services.

Your mortgage application

The application handoff tells you when you are leaving this website for Zipforhome, hosted by Calyx. Personal and financial details submitted there are handled under the notices provided in that portal and our applicable mortgage privacy notices. Our website can record the handoff, with analytics consent, but cannot confirm that an application was completed. Zipforhome supplies application notifications to your loan officer.
